Find it. Fix it. Prove it.

Not just a scanner. Scanpoof finds the issues, helps you fix them, documents the work and keeps watch. One platform, plans from $29 a month.

Whole-site WCAG scanning, every day

Every morning we crawl your site and test each page against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard the DOJ adopted in its 2024 ADA Title II rule and the one ADA settlements commonly reference; 2.2 adds newer checks on top. We don't only read the sitemap: we also check robots.txt, the WordPress REST API and real links, so pages a sitemap misses still get scanned.

  • A shared page pool per plan: 10 on Starter, 100 on Growth, 400 on Agency, across all your sites
  • Scores, severity breakdown and trends over time
  • Finds pages beyond the sitemap, and warns when a site only exposes one
  • Daily history you can open by date, and an Excel export of every finding

Fixes, not just findings

Each issue comes with guidance on how to fix it. Track a fix and we confirm it on the next scan, and reopen it if it comes back. Add AI Fix for AI-written explanations, ready-to-paste code and one-click alt text for images.

  • How-to-fix guidance for every issue
  • Remediation tracking, with auto-verify and reopen on regression
  • Fixes API for every paid plan
  • AI-written fixes, code and alt text with the AI Fix add-on (from $39/mo)

AI-written fixes you approve, tested on your real page

With the AI Fix add-on, the AI writes small fixes for problems it can fix safely, like an icon-only link with no name or an image with no description. Scanpoof tries each fix on a private copy of your live page before offering it: the problem has to be gone, nothing else may break, and the layout can't shift. Then it waits for you.

How AI Fix works

  • You approve, edit or reject every fix, or switch on autopilot for the lowest-risk ones
  • On WordPress, the plugin applies approved fixes on your server, in the page itself, not as a script in your visitors' browsers
  • A daily re-check switches off any live fix that stops working
  • Every decision is logged, and the evidence pack includes the review record
  • Problems it can't fix safely are flagged for a person, never guessed

Let your AI agent do the routine work

Scanpoof has an MCP server. That's the standard plug that lets AI tools like Claude use other software. Connect one and your agent can read your scores, issues and fixes, ask for new fixes and work through the review queue. There is no chat window in Scanpoof, and agent access comes with AI Fix at no extra charge.

What agents can and can't do

  • 23 tools: site health, scores over time, what changed, alerts, scans, issues, fixes and SEO suggestions; ask for a rescan, new fixes or better page titles; reject, turn off or, if you allow it, approve
  • An agent can approve only if you switch that on for the site, and never a fix that failed the live-page test
  • Keys can be read-only or limited to chosen sites. Every agent action is logged with the key's name and who asked, and you can revoke a key any time
  • On WordPress 6.9 and newer, the plugin also offers its own abilities to WordPress-aware agents

Image menus, caught and converted

A menu published as an image or a scanned PDF is the single most common ADA complaint against food-service sites, and it fails five AA criteria at once. Scanpoof flags it as critical, then does the tedious part: it reads the menu off the image and hands you clean HTML text you can publish.

  • Detects restaurants and applies the menu rules automatically
  • Turns an image menu into structured HTML you can paste
  • Opens every PDF your pages link to, menus included (up to 50 MB), and checks the basics: tagged, titled, language set, real text rather than a scanned image
  • A PDF menu that passes, with the menu also on the page as text, isn't flagged as a problem
  • Picture-only PDFs (flyers, posters, scanned menus): the AI Fix API makes an accessible copy that looks the same, tagged, with your description of each page, the language and a title. Your original stays for printing
  • Honest about limits: the menu text is a checked draft you review, and a text-heavy PDF (headings, tables) still needs a proper accessible export from the program that made it
  • The one thing overlays can't fix, done properly

Evidence, VPAT and statements

Documentation you can share if a complaint ever arrives: a timestamped record of your remediation work, a VPAT/ACR conformance report, and a hosted accessibility statement. Plus a guided walkthrough for the checks a machine can't judge.

  • VPAT® 2.5 conformance report: one covers ADA, Section 508, EN 301 549 and AODA
  • Exportable evidence pack of your remediation history
  • Guided manual-audit wizard for human-judgement checks
  • Public accessibility statement and trust badge

The rest of the site, watched too

Accessibility isn't the only thing that breaks. Scanpoof also watches performance, SEO, links, security headers and uptime, so you don't need a separate tool for each.

  • Lighthouse performance and SEO health
  • Broken-link detection and security-header grading
  • 5-minute uptime checks and SSL-expiry warnings
  • Email alerts the moment a score drops

Accessibility in your pipeline

Put accessibility checks where your code ships. On WordPress, our plugin applies fixes as each page is served and never writes them into your content: remove it and your site goes back to its original markup.

  • REST scan API for CI on Growth and up: fail builds on new critical issues
  • Fixes are never written to your content, so there's no lock-in and reverting is instant
  • Accessibility widget, trust badge and dashboard score
  • PDF accessibility check and downloadable client reports

Tools for client work

On the Agency plan, everything you send a client carries your brand, not ours. Share a live report with a link, email one on a schedule, or give clients their own login.

  • White-label reports, statements, evidence packs and VPATs with your logo
  • Client share links you can expire or switch off any time
  • Scheduled client reports by email, weekly or monthly
  • Client logins, limited to their own sites
