Fixes tested on your real page before you say yes.
With the AI Fix add-on, Scanpoof's AI writes small fixes for accessibility problems, tries each one on a private copy of your live page, and waits for your approval. Connect your own AI agent too, if you want it to handle the routine work.
AI Fix is an add-on to any plan, from $39 a month. No card for the trial.
From scan to live, in five checked steps.
Nothing the AI writes reaches your site untested, and nothing goes live without a decision: yours, or your autopilot setting.
Scanpoof finds the problem
Every morning's scan lists the issues on your pages. The AI picks up the ones it can fix without changing what your page says: names for links, buttons and form fields, descriptions for images, and small size and spacing changes for tap targets.
The AI writes a small fix
A fix is not free-form code. It is a short change in a fixed format, such as “give this link the name Shopping cart”. Anything outside that format is refused before it is ever tested.
Scanpoof tests it on your live page
On a private copy of the page, we apply the fix and run the accessibility test again. The problem has to be gone, nothing else may break, the layout can't shift, and the plugin has to be able to find the element in your page's HTML. A fix that fails any of these is marked “needs a person”.
You decide
Approve it, edit the wording, or reject it. Or switch on autopilot, which approves only the lowest-risk fixes that passed every check. Anything riskier waits for you.
The plugin applies it, and Scanpoof keeps checking
On WordPress, the Scanpoof plugin applies approved fixes on your server within the hour, so they are in the page your visitors receive, not a script running in their browsers. Every day we re-check live fixes on the real page, and one that stops working is switched off and flagged. You can turn any fix off, or pause them all, at any time.

- The plugin can find it in your page's HTML
Waiting for you: approve it, edit the wording, or reject it.
What it fixes today, and what still needs a person.
AI Fix is built for the problems that can be fixed without changing what your page says. Scanpoof still scans for everything else and tells you what a person has to do.
AI Fix writes fixes for
- Links, buttons, form fields and frames with no accessible name
- Images with no description, including icons and decorative images
- Links that only say “click here” or “read more”
- Tap targets that are too small or too close together (this changes how the page looks, so it waits until you allow visual fixes in the plugin)
- Picture-only PDFs such as flyers and scanned menus, through the API: an accessible copy that looks the same, tagged, with your description of each page, the language and a title (your original is kept)
A person still has to handle
- Heading order and reading order
- Captions and transcripts for video and audio
- Text-heavy PDFs that need real headings and tables, and images of text on your pages (Scanpoof flags them for you)
- Anything your page's JavaScript builds after it loads: the plugin changes your page on the server, so it can't reach those parts
- What your page says, which only you can write
Hand the routine work to your AI agent.
Scanpoof has an MCP server. That's the standard plug that lets AI tools like Claude use other software. Connect one and your agent gets 23 tools for checking your sites, working through fixes and reviewing SEO suggestions. There is no chat window in Scanpoof: the agent is whatever you connect, and what it can touch is set on our side.
- Looks at sites, scans, issues and fixes, and works the review queue
- Approving stays with you: an agent can approve only if you switch that on for the site
- Every agent action is logged under its key's name, and you can revoke the key any time
- Included with AI Fix: no separate fee, no per-call charge
A normal morning
Say you look after twelve client sites. Your agent checks all of them and tells you which ones got worse since yesterday.
For those, it asks Scanpoof's AI to write fixes, then waits for the live-page tests to finish.
If you've allowed it, it approves the fixes that passed and fit your rules. The rest it rejects, with a reason.
Last, it posts a short summary wherever you already look (Slack, email, a ticket): what it fixed, and what needs you. Posting is your agent's job, not Scanpoof's.

- approve_verified_fixes
- Approve every fix that passed the live-page test, in one go. Same switch.
- reject_fix
- Reject a fix that hasn't gone live, with a reason.
- disable_fix
- Turn a live fix off. Always allowed, because it is the safe direction.
- request_seo_suggestions
- Ask Scanpoof's AI to suggest better page titles and search descriptions.
- decide_seo_suggestion
- Approve or reject one SEO suggestion. Approving needs the same switch; rejecting is always allowed.
- approve_all_seo_suggestions
- Approve every waiting SEO suggestion at once. Same switch.
What it can't do
- Approve a fix unless you switched that on for the site, or put live a fix that failed the test
- Change your page's text, links, scripts or markup: a fix can only add or change a few attributes and styles, and an SEO suggestion only the page title and search description
- Change anything at all with a read-only key, or touch a site its key wasn't given
- Add sites, change billing, invite people or see anyone else's account
- Work at all unless the account has AI Fix
- Go faster than fair use: 30 changes and 240 reads a minute per key
A key can cover all your sites or only the ones you pick, and it can be read-only. Give each agent its own key and you can revoke it on its own. Settings shows what each agent did, and for whom.
On WordPress
On WordPress 6.9 and newer, the plugin also registers five abilities with WordPress's Abilities API, so a WordPress-aware agent can read your summary, list fixes, reject one, turn one off, pause them all and ask for a scan from inside your site. They need a logged-in administrator, and approvals follow the same switch.
Connect it in one command

Is this a chatbot?
No. There is no chat window in Scanpoof. The MCP server is a set of tools that an AI agent, such as Claude, can call to look at your results and work the fix queue. The agent decides what to do; Scanpoof decides what it is allowed to do.
Does agent access cost extra?
No. It comes with the AI Fix add-on. There is no separate fee and no per-call charge. Fair-use limits apply: 30 changes and 240 reads a minute per key.
Which AI tools can connect?
Any tool that supports remote MCP servers over HTTPS and lets you set an Authorization header, such as Claude Code. Tools that only offer OAuth sign-in can't connect yet. You make a key under Settings, AI agents. It works only with the MCP server, and the keys you use for CI or the WordPress plugin do not work there.
Can an agent change my site without me?
Only if you allow it. By default an agent can look at your results, ask for new fixes, reject fixes and turn live ones off. It can approve a fix only when you switch that on for the site, and only a fix that passed the live-page test. Every action is logged under the key's name.
What if the AI gets a fix wrong?
That is why each fix is tested on a copy of your live page first, and why you approve it. If a live fix stops working, the daily re-check switches it off and flags it, and you can turn any fix off yourself or pause them all. A passing test is still not a guarantee: automated testing can't judge everything, so a person should review your site for the rest.
Does it work outside WordPress?
The scans, plain-English explanations, ready-to-paste code and alt text work on any site. Approved fixes go onto the page through our WordPress plugin today. On other platforms you or your developer apply the change.
